What a treatment with me looks like

Three stages, in every treatment.

  1. Assessment first

We begin with a conversation and an assessment: posture, range of motion and palpation. We look for the source, not just the place that hurts.

  2. Precise treatment

Deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, osteopathic techniques and dry needling, based on what the assessment shows. At an intensity you set.

  3. A plan for home

At the end of the treatment: a summary in your personal area, one or two exercises, and a recommendation for when to continue. No more treatments than necessary.

Where does it hurt?

Choose an area of the body to see how I work with it.

Neck

Stiffness, pain when turning the head, or pain radiating to the shoulder. I assess the neck, shoulders and chest, and release what is limiting movement.

My path

  1. The beginning

14 years as a calisthenics athlete

My own body was my first laboratory: what holds up, what breaks, and how you come back.

  2. Education

Four years of practical and theoretical study, and a certificate in dry needling.

  3. Today

The learning never stops: osteopathic techniques become part of my treatments as I go.

  4. Infinity Therapy and Maga Shalem

Founder of the clinics and director of the therapist training school

About Ilay

I am Ilay, the founder of Infinity Therapy. I treat the body out of a divine calling, not as just another job.

I studied for four years, in practice and in theory, at Broshim, Arazim, The Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo and Moshe Moreno College. I am a fourth-year osteopathy student and hold a certificate in dry needling. I work with a Western approach and build a personal course of follow-up treatments with each patient.

In every treatment I combine what the body needs that day: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, osteopathic techniques, dry needling, cupping and kinesio taping.

I treat at the Infinity Therapy clinics in Hashmonaim and Givatayim, as well as in patients' homes. You are welcome to book online.

What patients say

I came to Ilay for a specific goal and found far more than a professional – I found a human being. From the very first moment I felt I had someone to talk to. Ilay is generous, kind and big-hearted, full of feeling and warmth, and simply a pleasure to work with and be around. Every conversation with him is a true inspiration and a lesson in humanity and in life. He has so much to give and is a huge inspiration to those around him. Highly recommended, with all my heart!
I wanted to share that the last treatment was truly amazing! Thank you so much, I really appreciate all the hard work you put in so that my body gets back to itself. You are the best! I wish that soon someone will give you twice what you give your patients (which is a lot).
Ilay, technically you are just my massage therapist and I do not know you all that well, but from the very first moment I connected with you and felt I had someone to talk to. You are not only a professional but also generous and kind, loyal and a true friend – a good heart with so much feeling and warmth. It is truly a pleasure to be around you. Talking with you is like a lesson about life, about the beauty of people and the essence of being human – and that is not something to take for granted. There is no doubt you have a lot to give, and you are an inspiration to many people (at least to me). So thank you for who you are and what you are. With appreciation and love, dear brother.
Wow! First of all, I slept wonderfully, I got home deeply calm, and it was simply perfect. The clinic is so pleasantly designed – from the moment I walked in I felt relaxed, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The treatment itself was very focused on my most problematic areas and really released them. Personally, your wonderful care was the most important part – you truly made me feel at ease throughout the treatment, so much so that at times I completely forgot where I was. It was truly a treatment for body and soul as one. Today I woke up with far less pain, and it gave me fresh energy for the week. Thank you so much – it was a special, healing and empowering experience.

Frequently asked questions

Who are the treatments for?

For people with pain, strain or limited movement: athletes, people who sit for long hours or do physical work, people in rehabilitation, and seniors. I do not treat pregnant women.

How is this connected to Infinity Therapy?

I founded Infinity Therapy and treat at its clinics. An appointment booked here goes into the same calendar.

What are osteopathic techniques?

Manual techniques from osteopathy that work on joints, muscles and tissues to improve movement. I am a fourth-year osteopathy student.

What is dry needling?

Inserting a fine needle into a trigger point in a muscle to release local tension. I hold a certificate in dry needling and use it only when it suits the body and the condition.

Do insurance plans cover the treatments?

Yes. The treatments are recognized by insurance companies, with reimbursement of up to 100%. For Femi, Target and Clal policyholders with a referral for complementary medicine: a refund of ₪390 per treatment, up to 16 treatments a year, subject to the terms of the policy.

Can I have a treatment at home?

Yes. A 60-minute home treatment: ₪550–700, depending on distance. Arranged via WhatsApp or by phone.

Does the treatment hurt?

Tolerable discomfort can be part of the treatment, and you set the limit. I check in with you during the treatment and adjust the intensity.

What should I wear?

For men I recommend athletic shorts, and for women stretchy sportswear. Treatment in everyday clothes is also possible.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Through the personal link you receive with your appointment confirmation. Up to 48 hours before the treatment: no charge. Less than 48 hours: 30% of the treatment price. Less than 12 hours: 50%.
